SATINSHEEN Multipurpose series Formulated with superior quality resins to provide the screen printer with a highly pigmented, high solids ink, suitable for prolonged exterior exposure. Satinsheen is available in a full color spectrum and is suitable for most vinyl films, top coated polyesters, and other plastics as well as regular card and paper. For four color process printing Satinsheen provides exceptional quality at very competitive prices. Satinsheen mixes with all currently known MP inks available in North America. A very opaque, easy to remove (scratch off) screen printing ink for overprinting on printed substrates. These include lottery tickets, direct mail coupons etc.. Works well on card stock, foil and most papers. Some porous surfaces may require a varnish or other clear pre-coat. UNIVERSAL 11000 MULTI-PLASTIC series A flexible, one part, ink system which adheres to a wide range of substrates. Has excellent chemical resistance. The 11000 series is almost Universal in it's applications. Some of the substrates and end uses include, nylon jackets, flags, Tyvek, plastic sheeting, leather, wood, metals and plastic containers etc.. WATER BASED TW5OOO series The 5000 is formulated to be an extremely versatile water based ink system. This ink matches the substrate applications of most solvent based multipurpose ink systems and also equals the production conveniences. This very versatile line adheres to- Acetate, anodized aluminum, fine art papers, Coroplast, credit card stock, polycarbonate, static cling and many other plastics including most vinyl's. UV LOW ODOR 7300 series New generation monomers and oligomers help produce a fast cure with excellent adhesion and low odor in this new 7300 series UV ink line. Recommended for Styrene, paper and card stock, corrugated board, PVC and P/S Vinyl's. Available in gloss, satin or flat finishes including the concentrated process colors. UV BONDCURE Kolorcures Bondcure UV ink provides superb adhesion to many difficult substrates including glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic, and coated metal. The cured ink film has excellent chemical, water, and abrasion resistance. Intercoat adhesion between colors is outstanding. Improved opacity, high gloss, and fast curing are additional benefits. Willox plastisols are formulated with high opacity pigments for solid coverage while retaining good elasticity. All colors are non bleeding with low residual odor. Excellent results can be obtained in direct printing. "Wet on Wet" without any build up of colors. Willox plastisols are also suitable for both hot or cold peel transfers. Available in batch lots of 20 gals. PANTONE* 7000 series MATCHING SYSTEM High pigment performance plastisol for both dark or light colored cotton or polyester fabrics. The 11 Pantone* colors and formulas can simulate over 700 Pantone* colors. Also available in 30 standard colors including fluorescents and bright process colors. The whites consist of A bright white and the very lo cure 711. This series is recommended for both automatic and manual printing. 900 series NYLON PLASTISOL Standard opacity ink formulated for printing specifically on nylon fabrics. This is a two part system that requires addition of 900 catalyst for optimum adhesion. The 900 series is the standard of the industry.
